Billy Dee Williams

Attention Star Wars fans! Lando Calrissian himself - Billy Dee Williams - will be appearing at Sask Expo this fall!

You may also know Billy Dee as Harvey Dent in Tim Burton's Batman, Two Face in The LEGO Batman Movie, or Gale in Brian's Song. Mr Williams has had an impressive decades-long career in Broadway, film and television.

Doug Jones

Doug Jones career spans numerous years in television and on film. Currently Doug can be seen as Lt. Saru in CBS’ "Star Trek Discovery". He can also be seen in the award-winning and highly nominated film THE SHAPE OF WATER in which Doug teams up once again to bring an original story to life by director Guillermo del Toro! In his long association with Guillermo del Toro, Jones played 2 characters in the Oscar winning film PAN'S LABYRINTH -  Pan (the faun creature) and The Pale Man, as well as fan favourite, Abe Sapien in both HELLBOY films. Jones is also well known for his TV work on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Cochise, Fallen Skies, the Neighbours, Fear Itself and Teen Wolf.

Gates McFadden

Gates McFadden is an actress, choreographer, director and teacher. Acting credits include 6 years and four films portraying Dr. Beverly Crusher on Star Trek: The Next Generation. Other films include "Taking Care of Business", "The Hunt for Red October", "Muppets Take Manhattan", "Crowned and Dangerous", short film "Mattresside", and the "Follow the Numbers" 2016 music video by Onsen.

John Ratzenberger

John Ratzenberger is best known for playing mail carrier 'Cliff Calvin' on one of the most popular sitcoms of all time 'Cheers'. Star Wars fans world wide know John for his role as 'Major Derlin' as seen in “Star Wars The Empire Strikes Back” and those same fans will recognize him from another huge franchise; 'Superman 1 & 2'! John's popularity has crossed over from the sitcom, Sci-Fi and fantasy worlds into another huge demographic, being recognized by kids off all ages for his various roles in the Disney/Pixar animated films! John can currently be heard in the new film 'Coco' and will be reprising his character's role for the highly anticipated film 'The Incredibles 2'!

Ryan Hurst

Ryan Hurst made a very early start in show business, with a recurring role in the NBC teen situation comedy series Saved by the Bell: The New Class. In the 1998 epic war drama film Saving Private Ryan, Hurst portrayed Mandelsohn, a paratrooper who, because of temporary hearing loss, cannot understand Captain Miller's (Tom Hanks) questions about sighting Private Ryan, which forces Miller to ask the questions in writing. Hurst's big break came when he was cast as Opie Winston in the FX crime drama series Sons of Anarchy. Originally a recurring cast member in the first season, he was promoted to main cast member for the following season and went on to become a fan favorite. More recently, Ryan played the enigmatic Chick in Bates Motel, and Lil Foster Farrell in Outsiders.

Veronica Taylor

Veronica Taylor is a classically trained actor who has performed in NYC and around the U.S. in contemporary and classical theatre. Her voice has been a part of Saturdaymorning cartoons for some time now. She is probably best known for playing the original Ash and May on the first 8 seasons of “Pokemon”, April on “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” (2003-2007) and roles in “Yu-Gi-Oh!”, “Cubix”, “Dinosaur King”, “Winx Club”, “Tai Chi Chasers”, “One Piece”, and more. She can be heard on PBS kids’ “Word World” (Sheep), “Lunch Lab” (Mixiebot), and “Chuck Vanderchuck’s ‘something something’ Explosion!” (Ramona). Current projects include Nickelodeon’s “Welcome to the Wayne” (Spy from 8-i), Sprout’s “Ollie and Moon” (flight attendant/ensemble) and “Astroblast” (Sputnik), “Sailor Moon” (Sailor Pluto), and “Mofy” (Mofy, Mogu, Sora), Some anime favorites include Amelia on “Slayers”, Yukino on “His and Hers Circumstances”, all 7 Nana’s on “Nana Seven of Seven”, and Narue on “World of Narue”, as well as many others. She has done numerous voices for animation, video games, audiobooks, commercials, and documentaries.
